Not a tight fit
Not a tight fit in my Netgear router (unlike other cables I use), the cables don’t fall out, but they do lose connection. A snug fit in the PC though.I have had to use Blu-Tac to secure them in the router, which isn’t ideal!

Belkin carves a winner
The only negative if any, is that the product I received was made in china (thats not the bad thing though), and it felt old. Didnt look like it was terribly new at all. But packed properly and touch wood, works flawlessly. There are stratches on the surface that you wooulndnt expect if you are shelling out more than $44 dollars! But all in all, its a fantastic piece of fequipment. Does not work with Intel based Macs (e.g. MacBook Pro)
This product does not work with Intel based Macs - I only found out when I it didn't work with my MacBook Pro and went to the Belkin Website. There is a small note next to the driver download for the product that said so. Be warned. Seems to work OK with XP PCs though.74

But be advised that the picture quality on the TV is not as good as on your PC monitor. It is still pretty good if you just want to watch the occasional downloaded movie. If you want use it more regularly my online research indicates that a converter might give better results - they go for about £30 - 50. I haven't used one to compare the difference yet.

Does what it says on the tin
Great - can watch any visual output from your PC on your TV. There are two cords that go into your computer, the S-video and one for the sound which goes into your headphone jack.But be advised that the picture quality on the TV is not as good as on your PC monitor. It is still pretty good if you just want to watch the occasional downloaded movie. I use this with my Xbox
I use this for my Xbox Live. I gotta say it works perfectly fine and at a great price too!! Connects striaght from to my Wanadoo Livebox and into my Xbox, simple and a decent length. No problems so far, and hope there is none in the future :)79

Any way, it is OK but just. The pictures are defintely not as sharp as they should be. I have not seen a lot of ghosting as described by the others so far! I used the monitor lead from our IT guy and that was a lot better. I need to find out what make is his.

I bought this due to their low prices. I use it to connect my laptop to the LCD TV (Samsung 100 Mhz) I also borrowed a lead from a guy in our IT department to compare.Any way, it is OK but just. Does what it says on the tin very well.
Every so often we get brownouts where the lights flicker. Quite often it is enough to reset the PC. As the PC in question is running 750W of power-supplies (500W main PSU and 250W graphics card specific PSU for my 8800 GTS) I needed a decent UPS to keep the machine running. Last month we had a total power failure. By the time I'd sorted out the wailing burglar alarm it had been 45 minutes of no power. The UPS was quite happily supplying power to my PC, monitor and broadband router.The only issue with this UPS is that it does issue a slight electronic hum. It is by no means noisy - the only time I notice it is when I'm leaving the room to go to bed but it is not totally silent. If you are watching TV, if you are simply doing day to day stuff, you do not hear it at all. If you sleep in the same room as it you might hear it.
I totally recommend this UPS.
