Is this the right cable for you?
I can't give a true rating as I bought the wrong cable and it doesn't fit! I wanted to connect my laptop VGA output to my lcd monitor with DVI input. Sadly my monitor expects a DVI-D input, and this cable has a DVI-I plug. Apparently I need an expensive analogue to digital converter box instead. Don't make the same mistake as me...45

What people do not understand is it is down to your PC graphics card settings and you TV if your TV is not a great model and your graphics card is poor for like a built in laptop model then you will experiance problems on some computers. Just do your research do not buy something and expect it to be perfect if your spec does not support or can handle being hooked upto a TV.
What I did have a problem with was the male to female I needed a cable that was Male to Male this was solved by buying a sex chnager off amazon to male to male this worked fine.

Waste of time
Following advice direct from Belkin AND playing it safe, I bought this and it's stablemate, the"Gold-Series" thinking that at least one of them had to be good. Wrong! Ghosting was pretty bad for both and despite other reviews, no amount of mucking about with settings was going to help. Even Belkin stated I must have been unlucky to get two duff ones. Yeah, right! At least Amazon's return and refund process proved the best part of the deal.52

Good enough
I use mine in the car with a 6gb hard disc player and it has survived very well. Can't say I've ever noticed any mechanism noise, or for that matter any distortion.At the price I reckon its good value and I'd happily buy another one if and when it stops working.

Poor picuture quality
I was disapointed with the image quality when using this cable. There was considerable"ghosting", making the monitor difficult to look at. Basically, no use at all.56

Hub powers down - NO MORE BELKIN
I bought this so I could connect my Mac iSight and external hard drive to my Mac Mini. However after 24 hours the hub failed. I found out (after returning one and re-ordering a replacement and the replacement was no better) by switching the power of at the wall then back on all was well for different times ranging from 24 hours to 7 days! So I have now returned the second one and am looking for a better hub! NOT A BELKIN!

No driver comes with it and it comes up with 'unrecognised device' when plugged into the computer. Basically a useless adapter. Do not purchase.Good delivery is the only positive, very fast.
