A bargain
Having had a PDA for a while, it has inevitably been scratched etc and the plastic screen protector was becoming a pain. This case is fairly light, very tough and fits the job well. It has 3 spaces for business/credit cards and a removable clip for a belt. It's well made and the PDA buttons and functions are still very accessible, so you don't need to keep taking it out to use it. A bargain!85

There are a number of downsides. The case is bulky; it increases the bulk of the iPAQ by about 20%, and makes it distinctly less than pocket sized. Despite being made from aluminum, the case also increases the weight of the iPAQ considerably.
The most irritating thing about this cover is that it doesn't cover the on/off switch. Quite why it was designed like this is beyond me, but it's very easy to have the iPAQ switch on in your bag or briefcase thus running down the battery.
Overall, not particularly bad, but could do better.

A great Value Case for the Ipaq
After buying my Ipaq H1940 from PC World, I wish I had looked at Amazon first! I would have saved another £20!!! I wanted to buy a case to put the Ipaq into, as I am always dropping my mobile and did not want to drop nearly £300 worth of PDA! I looked in nearly every high street electrical store and there is absolutely NOTHING for an Ipaq. HP have a web site but it is in the USA and there own make costs $65. So when I went onto Amazon, hey presto a case for the IpaqH1940. The case arrived two weeks earlier than advised and the product is extremely good for the money. The leather is very soft, yet durable. Unlike other cases on the market place, which secure the ipaq with a piece of velcro, the ipaq slots into a perfect holder and therefore will not drop out! You can even charge the batteries or syncronise the ipaq to your pc without taking it out of the case. A perfect buy, no need to waste time looking elsewhere, I did that already!!89

Not quite what I'd hoped...
I have to admit I was a little disappointed with the IPAQ case. The IPAQ, when turned upside down while in the case, simply falls out. The case is attractive, durable and seems to beat most other high street products on price, although doesn't appear to do the most basic of things - protect the IPAQ from damage.93

it's a clunky phone already, this makes it too fiddly plus it hampers it's flexibility, not to mention it doesn't look like it was built primarily for the t-mobile version because it leaves a wide wedge unprotected which could leave an uncoloured strip (if you're not careful = sunlight)
to replace it i purchased a black leather case with padding, zip closure and inner pockets for the stylus, business or credit cards
the phone's totally enclaved yet easy to pop out and make use of it's functionabilities
the silver case would probably work if you don't have long nails and you don't need to open it up regularly

i brought it for my t-mobile mda pro due to being overly cautious but, i hated itit's a clunky phone already, this makes it too fiddly plus it hampers it's flexibility, not to mention it doesn't look like it was built primarily for the t-mobile version because it leaves a wide wedge unprotected which could leave an uncoloured strip (if you're not careful = sunlight)

Excellent hard case.
This hard case has served very well for my O2 XDA Mini S. I mountain bike and feel very confident carrying my XDA in my bag with this case. It's perfect for quickly replying to a text as you don't need to take your XDA out of the case to slide the keyboard out. The only downside is that the microphone at the bottom of the XDA is covered by the internal foam lining, so best to take the XDA out of this hard case to make calls. Not so bad anyway as aluminium cases can be extremely cold!Arrived well packaged in excellent condition within a few business days from the seller.
