not a necessary item but definately worth every penny.
This product has a built in soft cusion that enables it to be shock absorbant. The product is made from quality material and when your holding it you know its not some cheap and nasty looking bag. Further more I had no problem putting my tomtom in including all its accecories. i.e. in car charger, external antenna, usb charger and even windscreen mount fitted perfectly. The booklet that comes also fitted perfectly in the back zip pocket. one customer wrote that he could'nt fit the booklet in. well if you try putting it in horizontal it wont fit but at little common sense and it perfectly fits in vertically. There is nother wide pocket spare, perfect for puttin todays slim phones in. id rather have my phone in one of my back jeans pockets but girls tend to rather put it in their bags. so its perfect for that and finally it looks smart. The previous customer wrote that he rather it was a bit more discreet. id rather it look nice and fasionable to put on.30

Needs a bit of breaking in
Out of the wrapper, I could not get the clasp to close when used with my 720. I had to do a fair bit of"stretching" the leather. Even now it takes some work and fiddling to get it to close. That said I primarily bought the case to protect the screen, which it does a fine job of.31

If you want to use the headphone socket I'd suggest going for the case that opens like a book rather than this flip-top version.
If you're not going to use the socket then the case should be fine.

Good protection/looks but...
This case provides protection and is not too bulky to keep your tungsten e in an inside suit pocket. Looks fine too. However I wanted to listen to mp3s via the microphone socket at the top of the tungsten and the hole in this case is too small to let the headphone jack (sony fonetopias if you're wondering) connect properly or even at all. I've cut the hole bigger and made a mess of it...If you want to use the headphone socket I'd suggest going for the case that opens like a book rather than this flip-top version.
If you're not going to use the socket then the case should be fine.
Great cover
Very functional protective case for your Palm Tungsten E. I carry my Palm in a coat/jacket pocket during the day and this case fits my needs. I was however very disappointed that the manufacturer's description as quoted appears to be misleading. I quote:"Advanced aluminium"Screen Saver" system;Vehicle mountable - perfect for GPS;Internal MMC/SD card storage;REMOVABLE CREDIT CARD MODULE;Secure magnetic clasp closure;Elegant contrast overstitching;In-case access to PDA functions including synchronisation port, infrared port, stylus, and stereo output." YES there is internal storage for your memory card. NO there is not a removable credit card module. Amazon did try replacing a case for me but that one was exactly like the first. I REALLY miss the facility to carry my business cards in the Palm case (as I did with my Palm m100 and its Palm leather case). I will have to live with this one but beware this poor description. Otherwise the case is great. The aluminium built into the cover offers valuable protection for the Palm screen which makes this case a winner in itself.
