Review for Belkin iPod TunebaseFM:
Impressive bit of kit
Read the reviews, got Halfords to show me the unit etc (they wanted £70) and then bought from Amazon. This is a fantastic unit and I support all the other positive things that have been said about it.Sound quality is good, the flexible bracket suits both our cars and it looks good. All for under £40. The one I bought was for my wife - my next job is to order one for my car too.3

Cant fault it
I can imagine if you live in a very urban area or big city then you may have problems locking into a particular frequency for any length of time but I have had no problems whatsoever. Sounds great and as I drive a car that would alter the whole look of the dash if I changed stereo it's the only solution for me to be able to have my ipod whilst driving. I highly recommend this product. Great sound and probably the most user friendly item I own4

Poor build quality
These things started off being sold for about £60. By December 2007, I got one for under £20. They are now being sold here on Amazon for under £8. Wonder why ?Mine fell apart at the plug after only a couple of weeks use.
Seems to be a common problem reading some of the reviews here.

However, I may (very regretably) need to return mine because it does not hold my 80gig player well - to much movement. Ideal, i'm sure for the bigger ipod though.

WORTH BUYING
When I first saw this i was ready to buy it, after reading other peoples reviews else-where this is a must have. The product comes with 2 back trays one for the 80gb moela nd one for the 160gb so fits both. It protects from scrathes well and looks the part. I got mine from an amazon seller at a good price , but else where these are around £24.99 ! so worth having a look around before you buy to get a great deal- only downfall would be that the arylic does mark, and picks up surface marks- but better that than your ipod....

This cover does not make the itouch bulky, I was concnered it would. It fits perfectly and is very easy to charge/sync/listen to, whilst in its case, no need to keep taking it in and out. VERY good value for money.9

Review for Belkin iPod Nano 3G Leather Folio - Black/Chocolate:
Nice product - Poor design
This cover was purchased to protect my Nano when connected to my car radio using the iPod charging and connecting cable. Subsequently the Nano just lies in the console well with all the clutter getting scratched. It is impossible to use the cover and charge the iPod at the same time. It is well made and looks good but with a little more thought could have been a perfect cover. Nowhere in the product description did it allude to the iPod cable access being covered.11
Review for Belkin iPod Classic Silicon Sleeve - 80Gb - Black:
As others have mentioned, screen has no protection with this sleeve. For me that's no issue - I have it in my backpack and simply want to avoid damage from nearby items also in the bag. I position it so the screen's integrity is not compromised.
Other than that, it is absolutely great - does not attract fluff, is natty in black, and the scroll wheel works absolutely fine every time; I'm puzzled as to why other reviewers have had problems with this?
Would happily recommend given the observations above

Great product if a little snug
Brand new item is a little snug on my iPod - the screen cut-out and tension on the body means it slips backwards and sometimes obscures the headphone socket and lock slider. As others have mentioned, screen has no protection with this sleeve. Review for Belkin iPod Nano 3G Acrylic Case - Clear:
On its first day of usage it got a bit scratched, but I am really happy that it was the case that was damaged and not my iPod (so I totally recommend it!). It really protects it and you don't even need to take it out of the case, you can connect the headphones and the dock while still being in the case.
It indeed adds a bit of bulk to a really small gadget, but it is much better than getting it damaged.
And I also love the fact that it is clear, so it does not mess up the colour of the iPod.
A really recommended thing to buy if you want to keep your iPod in perfect state.

Really Good
I bought this case about a week ago. I really like it because it protects the entire iPod (unlike the other cases I saw, which do not cover the click wheel). On its first day of usage it got a bit scratched, but I am really happy that it was the case that was damaged and not my iPod (so I totally recommend it!). Perfect for running
I bought this for my gym and for running and i think its brilliant for running as it will stay on your arm and the cable management is handy. Plus it looks quite nice as well. However, if you are planning on using this for any exercise to do with the arms it's quite useless. The band is not elastic in the slightest and it doesnt matter where abouts on the arm its placed it will not fit correctly. This cuts the circulation off or falls off. For running and such though, it's much more comfortable than been in your pocket and allows quick alterations to your music.16

Feel the quality
Nice holder for the touch, keeps it neat and tidy and easier to carry around. Don't like silicone skins as they pick up the dust but after spending so much on the ipod touch, and extra tenner wasn't going to hurt and I must say it was a tenner well spent. My friend has this in the pink which is also stunning.18

Review for Belkin iPOD 5G TUNETALK STEREO * BLACK:
I'm a musician and I bought the Tunetalk to record acoustic demos of song ideas when I'm going backpacking round the world next year. I road-tested the Tunetalk's low quality setting and I was highly impressed with the sound quality (especially considering its miniature size). The sound is clear and sharp and more than adequate for jotting down musical ideas! The unit seems to integrate smoothly with the iPod's interface too.
Worryingly my PC refused to recognise the iPod after I saved several trial recordings to its hard drive, but a full reboot of the iPod fixed this. (Hold down the central 'select' button and the Menu button together for 6-10 seconds till the Apple logo shows.)
I originally rated this as 3 stars due to these technical difficulties (under the impression a severe fault had developed with the iPod as a result of using the Tunetalk unit). But I wouldn't hesitate to rate this at least 4 stars! Recommended buy.

Good device, easy to use (edit - rated 4 stars!)
I've just bought one of these units for my new 80GB iPod. I don't normally go to the trouble of reviewing online purchases but this unit is worthy of praise.I'm a musician and I bought the Tunetalk to record acoustic demos of song ideas when I'm going backpacking round the world next year. Review for Belkin Tunecast 2 Fm Adapter Black F/ iPod Pda Cd:
I would recommend always to find a clear frequency by manual tuning. The instructions suggest you find a weak station by scanning, but there is a problem with this. That weak station can get quite strong depending on your movements, the topography, if an aeroplane flies over, etc. When that happens, my car radio gets confused; it's receiving two stations at once, and it mutes everything. So if you get periods of silence for a few seconds at random intervals, its the car radio, not the Tunecast, that's causing the problem! Find a clear frequency and you'll be ok.
I have great faith in Belkin products, and this one re-inforces that feeling. I have absolutely no connection with Belkin or any of its employees, I am just a happy customer.

Review for Belkin Tunecast 2 Fm Adapter Black F/ iPod Pda Cd:
Brilliant Gadget
I bought one of these recently so's I could use my MP3 player in the car. I wanted to use it to play both the MP3 player and the CD Walkman through a decent pair of speakers at home, too. The sound quality is good, and it is true stereo! Watch out for cheaper alternatives, many of them don't broadcast stereo, they only broadcast mono, so you get the same mono sound through both speakers. I didn't want that... This unit broadcasts proper stereo, there's no ignition whine in the car even when using the cigar-lighter lead, and it covers most of the FM VHF band so you can always find a clear frequency.I would recommend always to find a clear frequency by manual tuning. Nice case with a few minor niggles
As the name suggests, this is a leather case from Belkin made specifically for the iPod Touch. Measuring 7cm wide, 11.5cm in height and a little over 1.5cm in depth, the folio opens to the left, allowing you to simply slide the iPod in and the folio holds it securely whilst still allowing access to the front controls. You can also get to the power button, as well as the headphone and USB ports on the bottom, although you might have to move your iPod around slightly to get them to line up properly. However the light sensor is covered by the top part of the folio, so you can't use the iPod's ability to lighten and darken the screen as the ambient light changes. It seems like a simple job to make a hole in the case to allow the sensor to work, if this is an issue for you.As another reviewer mentioned, what the pictures don't show you is the velcro fastener on the side, which is attached at the front of the case and seals on the back. Whilst it is nice to have a fastener to help keep the case closed and your iPod safe, it does ruin the form factor somewhat and also stops the case from sitting flat; a small inconvenience perhaps. Allowing access to the iPod ports, even when the folio is closed, means that the top and bottom of the iPod is exposed at all times, so don't think of this as an all-weather protector, more of a way of keeping your gadget baby safe from knocks.
With the folio you also get a plastic screen protector that sticks over the iPod screen, although I have found this to be largely unnecessary as the folio is soft-lined and this does a pretty good job of protecting the screen. You don't get a belt clip and unfortunately the case is a little too thick to fit into the holder I got with my 3rd-gen iPod, although removing the front flap might help. In all other respects it looks like it might fit, so if you have the same idea Belkin's leather sleeve looks like it might be a better choice, just don't quote me on that.
So, apart from the lack of a belt clip and the annoying velcro fastener, this is a good and sturdy way of holding your iPod. A few minor tweaks and this would be arguably the best iPod case around - something for a version 2, perhaps?
