Probably great

Like D. Nunn my connection type isn't compatible with the Belkin Router. My isp is Tiscali, the connection type is PPPoA. Before buying this router all i can say is to make sure that your connection type is compatible; otherwise like me you may spend a large amount of your time scratching your head wondering why no connection is being made and trying Belkin's relatively useless help-line.

WORTH BUYING

When I first saw this i was ready to buy it, after reading other peoples reviews else-where this is a must have. The product comes with 2 back trays one for the 80gb moela nd one for the 160gb so fits both. It protects from scrathes well and looks the part. I got mine from an amazon seller at a good price , but else where these are around £24.99 ! so worth having a look around before you buy to get a great deal
- only downfall would be that the arylic does mark, and picks up surface marks- but better that than your ipod....

very poor Belkin

I am a very knowledgeable PC user and this piece of equipment is useless to me.
It doesn't work very well at all with the Mobile phone software for my Nokia N95, Sony-Ericsson W580i or my LG Viewty. It may work with others but no joy at all with my phones therefore a useless piece of plastic to me. My old BT Dongle worked perfectly with them (sadly lost in house move)Getting returned as I type.
Disappointing Belkin :(

Great Product when paired with 125Mbps Belkin Router!

I purchased 4 of these 125Mbps Belkin Wireless-G Cards with the 125Mbps Belkin Router. The Computers are situated throughout the entire house; some with 2 walls from the router. The device works like a charm. I installed the software first; followed by the PCI card itself. I then set up my connection settings and off I went! No problems. This is a great product for people seeking a reliable Wireless network. Highly Recommended Accessory : F5D7633-4 (The Router for it)

Great Case

First of all, the case is made of nice material and looks great for the price; the inside is soft and doesn't feel as though it will scratch or damage the ipod and the exterior looks nice.

There are few minor negatives about this product to do with the design.
One is that if your ipod is on auto-brightness, your screen will always be dark when in this case as the light sensor is covered. Another issue is that the velcro strap has to be securely attached, as if not pressed properly it only 'sticks' at one side and you can easily get fluff and all sorts from your handbag sticking to the velcro!

You do have access to all buttons of the ipod, it is secure, fashionable and your ipod fits snugly inside. Overall this is a good product, and is great in it's purpose of looking after your ipod.

Easy setup, reliable operation, fast connection

I have had one of these working with connection to a router for about a month now. It connects at about 270Mbps through walls and ceilings, and currently to a not very well positioned router - it is in the corner of a room, about 2.5 - 3m below the height of the adapter, and normally this can cause problems, but I have had none. Set-up was also very easy.

Every home should have one

A surge protector is the thing no one tells you you need. You might think that the electricity supply in the UK is stable, but not so. Brief power cuts can happen at any time, along with spikes in the voltage. Even turning the mains on and off at the wall can cause a power surge. All this can damage your equipment. My satellite receiver had all the audio circuits blown by a power surge and it cost £120 to repair. (Satellite receivers can be particularly sensitive to voltage changes.) So a multi-socket adaptor with built in protection for this price is outstanding value for money.

Great Armband

Fantastic item, abit tight putting in the Nano but i suppose its to keep it snug and fitted hence it wont fall out then.

Really comfy and washable.

Great and reasonably priced.

Perfectly fine printer cable

Not a lot you can write about a printer cable. Belkin are the masters of covering their packaging with claims of gold contacts and superb transfer speeds, to be honest I haven't the time or the inclination to test these claims. All I can say is, I attached it to my computer, then to the printer and printed a test page, which came off fine and I've been using it ever since.

The build quality is nice too, a good cable all round.

ALMOST perfect power.

This thing is great, 8 Sockets, indication Lights, phone/Modem protection and even a cable tidy thing! But the on/off switch is just so easy to flick by accident. One day I cicked it unknowingly and my whole room turned off. Wasn't happy. So now I've taped it down so it won't happen again.

Overall, technically fabulous but needs a different power switch.

Faultless

My internet connection had been suffering for a while. Bought this - set-up was as simple as anything I've ever seen. The router sends the signal a long way at good strength. Perfect, really.

Not the item displayed

Another good Belkin product, with top of the line surge protection, however buyer beware; the item shipped is not the item pictured. The displayed item is the US version of this product so anyone looking for satellite cable connectors, as I was, will be disappointed with the standard coaxial connectors on the UK unit.

A better product fot those looking for the satellite connector is product #B0002TSU9W.

What can you say

Its an extention lead. You plug it into the PC and plug other things into it. No problems, well made and the length they say!

Great piece of hardware let down by poor support from Belkin

Firstly - Despite the specification listed by Amazon, this does work with Apple Macs, however, as at 17 March 2008 - This does not work with Mac OS X 10.5.2 (Leopard).

When it was first announced it was stated that it would support Windows and OS X however when it was finally launched in the middle of 2007, it was Windows only. It took until November 2007 to finally release OS X Drivers, but they only supported OS X 10.3 and 10.4 (Panther and Tiger). Since that date the site has said that 10.5 support was coming soon. I've contacted Belkin support and they refuse to provide any update on that message. You can install the drivers on Leopard, but they make your system extremely unstable. For the time being, I am using the Windows drivers running under Parallels.

So that is the negative - now the positive. It does exactly what is says on the box. I have the Belkin in my Study plugged into an Airport Extreme wireless router. Into the Belkin I have plugged a multifunction card reader, and a multifunction Printer/Scanner/Fax. Back at my Laptop, in the lounge, these appear just as if they were plugged directly into it. I get all the functions of the Printer/Scanner available to me.

The accompanying software lets you choose whether each device is automatically connected to your computer or not. It also allows you to intelligently connect the device to multiple computers on your network.

If it wasn't for the poor support from Belkin I would have given this 5 stars

**Update - OS X 10.5 drivers are now available and work well. **

Belkin N! Wireless USB Adapter.

It arrived, took five minutes to set up and is working really well. Adapter is in an upstairs room, router downstairs and is working quicker than when connected with ethernet in the same room.

Very pleased and would recommend this product.

excellent

Had this for around a year now and have thrown all types of games at it and found it to handle them easily. You can use its own software to program the keys but to be honest I've had no need to as each game especially 1st person games use roughly the same keys with any extras being easily assigned to other keys on the n52. In short get it! and if you go to the belkin site you will see the new n52te nice!

Good cable

Not a lot you can say about a cable, but it does its job and is very cheap compared with high street prices.

still burns!!!

I have always had a problem a burning sensation when I use my laptop on my knees.it affects my legs and stomach,
I have tried different things,laptop coolers and stands with no luck,when I saw this item I thought great this looks af it would solve my problem,it looks and feels great but sadly it has not helped at all,my legs are still burning so sadly back to the drawing board.shame!!!
